TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is the total calories you burn in a day. Calculated as BMR + activity calories + food digestion calories. BMR is the energy your body expends at rest. TDEE includes all your activities. To lose weight, consume 10-20% less than TDEE; to gain weight, consume 10-15% more.
